صيانة العشب الاصطناعي

تعتمد متانة أي نوع من العشب الصناعي المثبت على الصيانة الدورية والرعاية المناسبة.

 ثبت أنه تحت الصيانة المناسبة ، سوف تستمر العشب الاصطناعي المثبت لفترة أطول من فترة الضمان.

عدة نقاط كيف استخدام المحكمة بشكل صحيح مع الأرضيات العشب الاصطناعي:

· إذا كان العشب الاصطناعي لأغراض الديكور ، حاول المشي عليه نادراً ، خاصةً في الأحذية القذرة ؛

· لا ترمي النفايات (الزجاج ، بأعقاب السجائر ، العلكة وغيرها) على سطح العشب الصناعي

لا تترك أشياء حادة أو ثقيلة على أرضيات العشب الصناعي

· لا تستغل العشب التالف ، حتى يتم إصلاح أرضيات العشب الاصطناعي

لإطالة المظهر الجمالي للعشب الاصطناعي المثبت ، من الأفضل عدم التجول في أي وسيلة نقل غير آلات التنظيف.

يقترح عدم استخدام غطاء العشب الصناعي خلال فترة الثلج أو الذوبان

يجب تنظيف العشب الصناعي غير المعبأ 5-6 مرات في السنة. اقترح لتنظيف السطح بعد قليل من الأمطار أو الندى. فرشاة الثأر تتبع الميل المعاكس للكومة.

على طول حواف الحقل ، يجب إزالة الأعشاب الضارة يدويًا ومنتظمًا ، من خلال الحرص على عدم إتلاف ركيزة العشب.

Unfilled artificial turf should be cleaned 5-6 times a year. Suggested to clean the surface after a little rain or dew. Revenge brush follows the opposite inclination of the pile.

Along the edges of the field, weeds must be removed manually and regularly, by being careful not to damage the lawn substrate.

Special attention should be paid to the collection of garbage, especially organic matter (leaves, needles, etc.) since it can get stuck in a pile after a time, contaminating the drainage system.

Garbage should be regularly cleaned with a rake, panicle or special vacuum cleaner.

Snow and ice do not harm artificial turf. But it should be cleaned by special vacuum cleaner, not a shovel or other mechanical tool.

For lasting of given warranty period it’s is strongly suggested to resort the services of professional cleaning twice a year, which is carried out in two stages.  

In the first stage, the court is inspected, cleaned from weed and damaged areas get repaired.

After inspection, the second stage is proceeded, surface get cleaned by special machines.

It removes rubbish, crumb rubber, sifting and airing the sand.

Sand sifting allows the coating to remain soft, which reduces the probability of injury on the court to zero.

By airing the sand, it eliminates artificial covering from weeds, moss and etc, which makes it clean from organic pollution, which has positive effect on the drainage system.

After all, above operations, if necessary, fill up with new sand.

The main purpose of professional cleaning, not only thoroughly clean the lawn, but also give the same aesthetic look as it was at the first day of installation.

Recientemente hay un boom en el uso de césped artificial con respecto al natural. Y es que hay muchas personas que han decidido instalarlo en sus jardines, empresas y clubes deportivos en sus canchas o centros recreativos.

Hay muchas razones para explicar este fenómeno, así que vamos a enfocarnos en mostrar las diferencias entre ambos para llegar a la conclusión:

En cuanto al césped artificial podemos destacar lo siguiente que éste tiene muchas ventajas tal como las siguientes:	El césped Natural por su parte destacamos que ecológicamente tiene una gran ventaja sobre el césped artificial y es que éste libera oxígeno.
•             El césped artificial es un producto de larga vida ya que soporta todas las condiciones climáticas en todas las estaciones. En instalaciones deportivas, éste es muy resistente sin importar la intensidad del partido. Las condiciones del césped artificial lo hacen la superficie ideal para la práctica de cualquier deporte, para centros recreacionales, parques infantiles y espacios para mascotas.	•    Pero a su vez genera un gran consumo de agua, lo que conlleva a un registro negativo al medio ambiente y a nuestro bolsillo. •    Los terrenos con césped sintético no deben ser regados, lo que supone un gran ahorro de agua. Además, como resulta evidente, este tipo de césped no necesita pesticidas ni insecticidas. Por lo tanto, supone una menor contaminación.
•             Lleva muy poco mantenimiento, haciéndolo el producto ideal para el bolsillo de los clientes, ya que no lleva abonos, herbicidas, ahorra en el consumo de agua y mantiene su aspecto natural sin todo el trabajo que implica el mantenimiento del césped natural.	•    Los pavimentos deportivos de hierba natural están sometidos la mayor parte de las veces a un deterioro permanente, lo que exige un programa de mantenimiento y regeneración de los céspedes continuos y que debe estar dirigido y controlado por personas con la suficiente cualificación técnica.
•             Es un producto económico y sustentable, a largo plazo es un producto muy económico porque se ahorra mucho dinero en mantenimiento.	•    Por su naturaleza  un césped natural sin mantenimiento tiende a dañarse, no supera largas jornadas de uso, algo que no sucede con el césped sintético.
•    La instalación es rápida.
•             Se ofrecen garantías por decoloración.
• El césped sintético también soporta una frecuencia de uso mucho mayor que el césped natural, de modo tal que los deportistas pueden practicar sin necesidad de constantes adecuaciones al terreno.

Podemos concluir que ciertamente, nada se compara con el contacto directo con la naturaleza. Pero, hay que reconocer, ciertas ocasiones ameritan la mano del hombre para proteger el medio ambiente, aun cuando, en principio, las acciones parezcan contradictorias.

DIFERENTES FORMAS DE FIBRA USADOS EN EL CESPED ARTIFICIAL

En el blog de hoy les tenemos un tema muy interesante y éstas son las diferentes formas de fibras usadas en el césped artificial.

En temas anteriores habíamos mencionado de qué estaba hecha la fibra del césped artificial y que ésta era el resultado del polímero, y que los tipos de fibra podían ser de polipropileno (más usado últimamente), polietileno y poliamida; pero hay muchas formas en el césped artificial que determinan la mejor tecnología dependiendo de su uso y aplicación.

La forma de la fibra nos muestra cómo está plegada la fibra, cuando ésta no es plana. Esto influye directamente en la resistencia que tiene la fibra al doblarse. La forma de la fibra y la cantidad de puntadas son los parámetros más importantes para determinar que tanto afecta el efecto memoria.

Las formas en el césped artificial pueden ser en forma plana, nervio central, en D, cóncava. 

La forma plana, es más usada en los tipos de césped para padel, tennis y multisport, ofrece un tacto agradable y suave. 

Nervio central o nuestro Spine, cuenta con una resistencia extra y fácil retorno a la posición vertical; es usado en fibras altas ideales para futbol, el nervio central en las fibras altas constituye una mayor cantidad de producto en la zona central de la fibra, esto hace que la resistencia a la pisada sea mayor. 

Forma D o nuestro Diamond, usado en nuestros productos para futbol, ésta fibra es una de las más innovadoras, da una apariencia vigorosa muy similar al natural al igual que al retorno vertical es muy efectivo y mejora el funcionamiento del partido de futbol. 

Forma Cóncava o C, Usada en los productos de césped para futbol, da mayor realismo y capacidad para recuperar la verticalidad. 

Además de las anteriormente mencionadas, existen otros tipos de formas tales como la V, W.
